FELLOWSHIP BASS RULES AND REGULATIONS

All tournaments will start at the scheduled time. (Light and weather conditions
permitting)

If an angler weighs a dead fish 4 oz. will be deducted per dead fish from his
total weight.

If an angler weighs in a short fish, the angler loses that fish and the largest
fish from his creel.

If the dead fish is also the anglers biggest fish and that fish is one of the
largest of the tournament, 4oz will be deducted from that fish when being
considered for big fish of the day.

All boats will be subject to a live-well check prior to launch.

Any violations that occur, must be reported to the weigh-master prior to the
weigh-in.

If an angler is late the morning of the tournament, for any reason, it will be
the responsibility of that angler to check in with a club member fishing that
tournament. Upon finding someone the late angler must submit to a live-well
check. Once these conditions are met, the angler can then begin to compete in
the tournament.

All new anglers must pay the dues for the year and an additional scale fee. No
pay-No weigh. All veteran club members will pay the yearly dues prior to the
start of the first tournament. The dues include the big fish fee.

Tournament Pay-outs are as follows: Base on a minimum of 5 anglers:
1st place = 50%
2nd place = 25%
3rd place = 15%
4th place = 10%

A trophy will be awarded to the winner of each Tournament

1 Big Fish pot paid per Tournament

$20 entry fee per tournament. $15 toward total weigh pay-out, and $5 toward Big
Fish pot.

10% of the total weight purse will be deducted from each tournament. This money
is for club expenses.

The two day tournament will cost $40. This will cover both weigh pots and Big
Fish pots. The total weigh pot is cumulative and will be awarded on the final
day of the Tournament.

Life Jackets and Kill switches are to be worn any time the outboard motor is in
gear. If this rule is broken, you will be dis-qualified.

All pits on the James River are open and no longer off limits. The only
exception is when a pit has a barrier strung across its entrance. It will be
considered close and off limits to all anglers. If you are seen fishing in a
"closed" pit, you will be dis-qualified.

All culling must be done during scheduled tournament hours and not at the end of
the tournament.

All waters connected to the Chickahominy River are in bounds and open to all
anglers. If an angler chooses to fish the Chickahominy Lake, he must use the
locks. Anglers are not allowed to trailer their boats from the river to the
lake. The James is also open to all anglers from the Chickahominy River.

All anglers should be at the ramp at least 45 min. prior to blast off. The
Starting position numbers will be assigned as each angler checks in. The last
man calls the numbers for blast off. You will weigh in the same order of your
starting position with the number 1 position.

At the end of the tournament all anglers must check in with the weigh-master to
confirm that the angler was back on time. Anyone returning after the official
stop time will automatically be dis-qualified.

Anglers are not allowed to trailer their boats from one launch site to another
during tournament hours.

The inclement weather committee will determine the status of severe conditions
and decide if the tournament should be postponed or canceled. They will notify
each angler 24 hours prior to the tournament.(Or check the WEB site
www.fellowshipbass.com )
